Chapter 4: Customer Registration

Section 4.1 Auto Registration Process

The Auto Registration process is simply a fast track way for you to instantly begin using the

rich features of a VM101 BAT. After VM101 BAT is wired and connected to the internet simply

visit our website at http://virtualmonitoring.biz and click Login (leave username and password

blank) then click "new registration".

The next screen that appears will show status of matching your new VM101 BAT with your

current internet connection.

If the VM101 BAT detection process is successful, you may advance to the next screen where

you can begin the customer registration process.

Once you have completed the user registration process you may setup notification preferences

and access other rich features instantly! After you set up your contacts, you must press

Validate to confirm your information or the system will not make any notifications.

In the unlikely event that there is an error in the detection process it could be for a few

reasons. The example error below shows that the BAT detected on your internet connection is

already registered - This could happen if we have already setup an Account for you a head of
